Spooner Industries are proud to continue their long-term relationship with ElvalHalcor, one of the global leaders in aluminium rolling and processing as they respond to increased demand for their sustainable materials used in the packaging, building and construction sectors.

As part of a significant expansion project, ElvalHalcor have ordered what is one of the largest three-canister Regenerative Thermal Oxidisers (RTO) in the Spooner range. The RTO will eliminate the emissions from a new lacquering line.

The RTO has been developed with secondary and tertiary heat recovery and a unique indirect heating system. With Spooner supplying Dryers, Ovens and Air Coolers for the associated coating line, the Spooner equipment is totally optimised to maximise energy efficiency.
