The World’s Leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management took place from 30th May to 3rd June 2022.

With environment protection and sustainability becoming an ever-increasing hot topic, it was great to be able to meet face to face with likeminded customers.
Having taken a break for three years due to the pandemic, IFAT was back and according to the official event report attracted pre-coronavirus levels of exhibitors (2,984) and visitors (119,000) from 155 countries.
The 32 m² Spooner stand certainly attracted the crowds and was overall a great success.
Throughout the five days we received many strong leads from 28 countries, with enquiries for regenerative thermal oxidisers (RTO), catalytic oxidisers, odour abatement and heat exchangers/energy recovery systems.
In attendance, manning the Spooner booth and greeting customers were:
- Lois Scott, Environmental Systems Sales Manager
- Mark Newnham, Applications Engineer
- Jim Colston, Business Development Manager
- David Cassingham, Sales & Marketing Director
- Sebastian Martin, from Access Martin, the Spooner agent based in Germany

Lois Scott, Environmental Systems Sales Manager said, “IFAT was a very interesting and productive show for us and an ideal opportunity to get back to in person discussions and meetings with a number of potential customers from across the industry.”
